Due to the nature of hair products we have strict guidelines on use of and purchasing of hair items.  It should be explicitly understood that proper use of this product is essential to ensure safety and durability of products.  Below is a list of general uses and guidelines to ensure that hair is properly maintained and maintains its durability over time.

1. Hair Extensions should not be dyed, permed, or exposed to any chemical treatments.  Heat treatments should be used cautiously (treat this hair like your natural hair).
2. Do not sleep, swim, or engage in any extraneous activities while wearing hair extensions.  This could pose unnecessary risk to the user and expose them to potential harmful situations.

We do not share your information with any outside vendors without your permission.  All financial information is securely processed through third party payment processor Stripe and is encrypted at the point of sale.  Any user information is stored in secured databases and will never be shared outside of our internal sales team.
